Nestle IT Operations Senior Specialist - ZORA in Olomouc, Czech Republic
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO WORK ON:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
Ensuring the operations and management of IT infrastructure and systems
Monitoring and diagnosing issues in the network and infrastructure
Resolving incidents and problems in collaboration with the team
Implementing new technologies and procedures to improve IT operations
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical environment
Good knowledge and practical experience with operating systems (Windows) and networks
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with various IT infrastructures
Experience in server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
English language for communication
Work independently with general supervision, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects
