Your Role on Our Team:

This role will align Logistics strategy, capacity planning and operational performance as the primary source for data, reporting and analytics. Using data analytics to evaluate performance and model optimization scenarios.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct network studies and simulations for the logistics network.

  • Maintain capacity planning models recommending course correct options as needed.

  • Use data analytics to identify logistics and transportation opportunities.

  • Conduct emerging market assessments.

  • Conduct sourcing change modeling.

  • Uses financial analytics and modeling to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

  • Set operational standards for the network.

  • Develop logistics playbooks for network project design, execution and scenario modeling.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • 5-10 years SC experience

  • Logistics or Finance degree preferred.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Experience in financial/SC model development.

  • Project management certification or extensive experience.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills.

Other TOOLS, we prefer you to have:

  • DC experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of transportation processes

  • Ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel 5-10%

  • Light lifting, bending, and stooping.

  • Location: Olive Branch, MS
