Greystone Developers Corp PROFESSIONAL HIGH END FINISHED CARPENTER in Old Lyme, Connecticut

Job Location: Old Lyme, CT. Must live within a 45 mile radius of Old Lyme, CT. MUST HAVE 7-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities: - Install and repair siding, including vinyl, wood, and fiber cement materials - Perform heavy lifting and carrying of construction materials and tools - Conduct construction painting, including priming, painting, and finishing surfaces - Assemble and install various fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, and doors - Install flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet - Work with stucco and plaster to repair or create textured finishes - Assist with electrical tasks, such as wiring and installing light fixtures - Collaborate with masonry professionals to complete projects that involve brick or stone work

Experience: - Must have painting experience - Proven experience as a finish carpenter or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work - Strong knowledge of different carpentry techniques and materials - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings - Excellent attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials - Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
