About the Role

The License Processor will be responsible for collecting, reviewing and entering data into Atlas platform for storage, processing and data management for license printing and shipping. This position will also handle other client certificate printing.

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST and is required to be onsite in our Olathe, KS site. Due to business needs, there may be time where weekend hours may be required.

Role Responsibilities

  • This role requires a heavy volume of license card printing.

  • Process emails, phone calls, and faxes from both clients and internally to assist with completing license applications.

  • Maintain highly confidential records to protect operations.

  • Maintain quality results by editing layouts including spelling, grammar, punctuation, reproduction, clarity and consistency, adhering to prepress standards.

  • Keep equipment operating efficiently by following operating instructions, troubleshooting printer functions or layout problems and submitting tickets for repairs as needed.

  • Process bulk and single license requests in a timely manner.

  • Order and maintain inventory of license printing supplies.

  • Mail out processed licenses.

  • High volume of data entry.

  • Print and ship other client certificates.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.

  • Ability to follow instructions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and quality.

  • Basic computer knowledge, excel and word knowledge preferred.

  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • High volume of typing for extended periods of time

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years office and data entry experience
