Job Summary

Seeking an exceptional Electronic Test Logistician to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will interface with engineers and technicians in an aerospace laboratory environment to determine test equipment needs and provide solutions from available customer owned equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, calibration recall, report operational metrics, mentor logistics technicians, and act as the primary contact for customers on-site.

  • Microsoft Office applications, chat applications and in person meetings to receive and convey information for request identification and issues.

  • More complicated issues will be escalated to a leadership team that will partner with the Electronic Test Logistician to determine resolution pathways.

  • Understand basic functionality and parameters of electronic test equipment.

  • Have a strong customer orientation within strict guidelines and perform equally in team or independent activities.

  • Familiarity with electronic testing processes, procedures and standard test equipment.

  • Ability to recognize and comply with warnings, signs and alerts in laboratory and engineering test environments.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs, walk at a measured pace for sustained periods, stand, sit and kneel repetitively.

  • Good written and verbal communications skills with customers, team members, and team leaders.

  • Ability to work independently, implement basic to semi-complex verbal instructions, and follow approved workflow processes.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, respond to ad hoc requests, and support cross-site KBR E-Team staff and customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of directly related work experience.

  • Experience with Scireo software and systems.

  • Familiar with electronic test lab environments, signage, safety precautions and use of PPE.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Word and Excel.
