Lead a large organization of managers, professionals and operators who support the manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your extensive manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead some of the world's most talented manufacturing teams. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality across a complex Honeywell Olathe production facility. Through your leadership of cross functional teams, you will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and drive continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will coach your managers in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
