Aston Carter Remote Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Currently Seeking Entry Level REMOTE Customer Service Representatives - $14.50/hr. Plus Overtime and Monthly Bonus Opportunity
Can sit ANYWHERE in the United States
Pay Rate:
$14.50/hr. - Firm, non-negotiable.
Bilingual Representative Pay - $15.50/Hr.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
-Answer customer calls
-Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
-Help customers manage their accounts
-Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
-Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
Minimum Qualifications (Candidates will be contacted if they have):
Customer service in call center environment (inbound/outbound calls or account maintenance experience)
Experience working in a professional retail/food service environment.
2-3 years of recent experience, relevant work experience.
at least 1 year in each role on resume.
Candidates must:
Be able to provide their own laptop/desktop with working camera for the 1st 3 weeks of training. After training, equipment will be provided.
Have open availability for any shift Monday through Saturday for an 8-hour shift/40-hour work week between 8am-7pm
Be open to working FROM HOME
