You are a fast and agile Producer looking to help build the next generation of online, multiplayer games for Meta Quest. You’re able to make scope tradeoffs to deliver quality on time without anything slipping through the cracks. You’re not afraid to jump into new challenges, navigate the problem space and drive to hit the goals whether independently or with partners. You are passionate about games, know what players want, and are a champion for quality.

Required Skills:

Producer - BigBox Responsibilities:

  1. Own the quality assurance process coordinating with developers and QA team to ensure everything that ships is the highest quality possible

  2. Drive day to day execution of features and content for a Live-Ops game including dependencies, risk mitigation, handoffs through regular release cycles

  3. Contribute to product roadmaps, feature planning, and schedules

  4. Drive the localization process to ensure high quality global releases

  5. Advocate for the community by surfacing and prioritizing improvements that bring happiness to players and drive business impact

  6. Build and grow working relationships with internal teams and external partners

  7. Support Producers and Leads wherever needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in a Game Producer role with one or more shipped titles

  2. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail

  3. Proven communication skills for a wide variety of stakeholders

  4. Experienced executing hands-on and also looking at the big picture

  5. Experienced with Jira and other bug tracking tools

  6. Experienced distilling why a feature, mechanic, or system works or doesn’t work for the player, and identifying next steps

  7. Experienced adapting plans and processes quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic team

$104,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
