GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide a welcoming environment for our employees and customers, while managing the\ financial, payroll, and daily operations for our small business.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Oversee all office operations.\ Oversee all technician operations as follows:\ Ensure routes are running in correct order\ Ensure all materials and check-in/out times are being entered as jobs are completed\ Payroll processing using QuickBooks\ Accounts payable/receivable processing using QuickBooks\ Run daily reports of sales, collections, and new accounts\ Processing of quarterly payroll witholding via state website
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist as needed with other office duties such as answering phones, responding to texts and\ emails.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
One year experience processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable.
Other:
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to manage multiple priorities, while overseeing personnel and business operations.
