Paycom Online Office Coordinator - Paycom Reno Hub in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
This position supports HR leadership, Security leadership, and Facilities leadership and is responsible for administering operational tasks, duties and responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the upkeep of the breakroom(s); restocking items, refilling beverages, cleaning appliances
Maintain the upkeep of the supply cabinets and printer areas; ordering/receiving/restocking items
Monitor select vendors/contractors when those select vendors/contractors are inside company buildings
Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail
Welcome visitors to the Paycom Reno Hub and facilitate campus tours
Point of contact for maintenance/facilities/production requests
Facilitate administrative work and additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School graduate/GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Customer service, office management; corporate environment experience
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and consult effectively one-on-one
Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of personnel
Strong customer service skills; employee friendly attitude
Ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt based on business conditions
Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically in MS Office Suite
Ability to react calmly and effectively in unusual or emergency situations following policies and procedures
Strong organizational skills
