City Wide Facility Solutions Night Operations Compliance Manager OKC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Are you seeking an independent part-time evening shift position? Do you have experience in managing scope of work and quality of work of others? Read on, this may be perfect for you!

The Night Operations Compliance Manager:

  • Is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors.

  • Must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.

  • Must be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.

A typical shift will start at your first stop of the evening after the client's business is closed. You'll walk the facilities and check the quality and scope of work as it compares to the contract. Before heading to your next stop, you will create and send a report with photo(s) to the Facility Solutions Manager. Then on to the next stops to complete the evening route, which will vary each evening. You may assess 6 to 8 facilities each evening, using the route calendar your Facility Solutions Manager provides. If any issues are uncovered, you'll follow the documented procedure to resolve. The only in-office time is 5:15-6:15 pm, two Wednesdays per month. The rest of the work is out in the field.

Essential functions

  • Help manage contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, ensuring the scope of work and quality of work is meeting expectations

  • Work productively with Independent Contractors to ensure client satisfaction by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.

  • Work independently and with others in any type of facility - including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.

  • Exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seek the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.

  • Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email.

  • Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.

  • Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.

  • Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.

  • Other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in supervising or managing others

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Night hours availability (5:00pm - 2:00am), Sunday- Thursday

  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.

  • Must be able to attend 2 Operations meetings a month, 5:15 Wednesdays.

Preferred Experience:

  • Building maintenance, facilities, janitorial, restaurant or similar industry experience a plus!

  • CRM experience

  • Español

Physical Demands

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Benefits

  • IRA retirement plan with 3% match (at eligibility)

  • Part-time positions do not include medical/health benefits

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage of $15/hour

  • Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month

  • Cell phone stipend of $25/month

Schedule:

  • 20-25 hours per week; may be able to turn into full-time at a later date.

  • The assigned days to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings.

  • The assigned work hours are flexible, somewhere between 5:00 pm–2:00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 5 hours per evening, 8:00 pm-1:00 am

  • Must be able to attend 2 Operations meetings a month, 5:15 Wednesdays.
