Honeywell Field Service Automation Technician II in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Field Service Automation Technician II here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers in the field of automation. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, installing and maintaining automation systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' facilities by providing exceptional technical support and service. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining automation systems, conducting system diagnostics, and resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions and provide training to customers and field service engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for automation systems • Install, configure, and maintain automation systems • Conduct system diagnostics and perform repairs as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions • Provide training to customers and field service engineers

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering, with a focus on automation systems • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automation technologies • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
