Are you ready to lead a talented group of engineers working on impactful water and wastewater infrastructure projects? As the Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater, you will oversee the technical aspects of diverse projects, ranging from state-of-the-art treatment facilities to underground piping systems, all with a focus on sustainable and carbon-neutral solutions. This role offers the chance to guide multidisciplinary teams while driving the future of water management technology.

What you'll do:

  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex, large-scale municipal projects.

  • Develop and deliver intricate engineering designs for projects utilizing various delivery methods such as traditional, design-build, and collaborative models.

  • Conduct detailed research to recommend materials and equipment, and perform in-depth engineering analysis.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical quality across different engineering disciplines, ensuring project milestones are achieved.

  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and meeting all project goals.

  • Understand and align with client priorities on moderately complex projects, communicating their requirements effectively to the engineering team.

  • Provide expert technical guidance for water and wastewater treatment projects, leading your team to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach engineering staff, and fostering career development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred, EIT acceptable.

  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary upgrades and expansions in water treatment facilities.
