Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and direction of project management activities for the design and construction of multifamily and various government facilities, including commercial buildings, hangers, and small retail. This role is primarily based in the OKC area, with a significant focus on Tinker AFB. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, developing and managing schedules, budget management, maintaining safety standards, invoicing, issuing subcontracts and purchase orders, and managing all project documentation.

  • Collaborate with project team members to develop and execute construction projects.

  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Actively manage the budget of each assigned project meeting established goals.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all interested parties.

  • Ensure safety standards are maintained on project sites.

  • Invoicing for assigned projects and review and approval of vendor invoices.

  • Create and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.

  • Manage the design and construction of design-build projects.

  • Manage all project documentation to include contracts, submittals, RFIs, internal reporting, etc.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

  • Prepare correspondence with Owner, Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc.

Hard Skills

  • Construction

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and with sub-contractors

  • Commercial and/or Federal Construction experience

  • P6 and Procore experience creating schedules and budgets

  • Experience with 3064/3065 forms

Soft Skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s) before you are available to be converted to a direct employee

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Tinker AFB

Work Environment

The position involves being in office 80-90% of the time with onsite visits as needed.
