ASRC Federal Holding Company Administrative Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

ASRC Federal System Solutions supports the Federal Aviation Administration National Airspace System Engineering Support Services FAA NAS ESS contract. Join our growing team as an Administrative Specialist in support of the NASE Communications Team at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC).

Responsibilities:

  • Review Traveler's Expense Reports.

  • Review and track Employees Travel.

  • Review Timesheets for accuracy and completion.

  • Review Time Utilization Resource for contractor.

  • Prepare Daily attendance.

  • Provide telephone support in order to properly direct calls.

  • Purchase and perform inventory of supplies.

  • Assist with On-Boarding/Off-Boarding of the employees.

  • Maintain manger calendar and schedule meetings.

  • Prepare the required reports.

  • Update the required lists/rosters.

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures

  • Call in facility trouble calls and track facility management issues.

  • Distribute mail.

Requirements :

US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. All applicants must have resided in the United States for the past 3 years .

  • The duties require knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and requirements, various office skills, and the ability to apply such skills in a way that increases the effectiveness of others.

  • The Administrative Specialist performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments in support of the NASE group or other organizational unit under the limited direction of a Technical Manager, or more experienced employee.

  • Assist others in day-to-day operations.

Education/Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
