Paycom Online Accounting Resolution Coordinator I in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Accounting Resolution Coordinator is responsible for completing assigned term checklist tickets, corresponding with termed clients as well as internal departments, creating invoices, collecting and logging payments, calculating applicable tax refunds and reconciling tax payments to clients. Timeliness and accuracy along with communication skills across multiple departments is the key for success with this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages assigned term checklist tickets ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and timely, including closing out the client account and verifying proper tax filing dates are current

  • Responsible for researching outstanding balances to construct, submit, and collect final invoices

  • Collects and posts payments upon receipt

  • Responsible for tax account reconciliation to identify any overages for refunds due and process the refund by cutting a check and mailing to the appropriate party

  • Assists with any questions or concerns that the client may have related to the term process

  • Maintains professional communication with internal departments and clients

  • Grants access of the Paycom system to the client once payment has been received

  • Organizes, maintains, and reports on data from multiple sources and systems to internal stakeholders

  • Monitors and responds to requests in the shared inbox, when assigned

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • College Graduate or 2+ years’ experience

Experience:

  • Administrative experience or experience in a fast-paced environment
