**OPEN HOUSE Monday, April 16th through Friday, April 20th 9:00AM-4:00PM** **Classes starting as soon as 04-22-2018 ** Position Overview This is a call center sales position working in conjunction with our sales team, and Teleperformance sales management. The suitable candidate will come from a sales background, and have the ability to quickly grasp knowledge of the software products. As a Sales Professional, you'll take inbound calls from individual and small business customers inquiring about a range of software products. You will close sales to generate and maximize revenue while providing a positive customer experience. You will also maintain quality and performance through management guidance and personal development. Responsibilities · Probe customer situation and needs to offer the most appropriate products · Up-sell and cross-sell to expend customer solutions and maximize revenue · Overcome buying objections · Close sales by “asking for orders” · Accurately process orders per guidelines and polices · Enthusiastically promote and sell products and services · Meet and exceed realistic individual quotas and team sales goals · Manage your business (time management, product knowledge, setting personal targets). · Effective follow-up on all sales leads · Assertive ability to produce sales results in a fast-paces call center environment Requirements · Minimum one year sales experience preferred (telesales, outside sales, etc) · College degree strongly preferred, but not required · Minimum six months call center experience · Strong “go getter” sales mentality and assertive “can do” sales attitude · Must be comfortable in a high-pressure, quota-driven sales environment · Strong passion for “closing the sale” and maximizing revenue opportunities · Working knowledge of basic sales steps · Self-motivated individual with ability to manage self and workload · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required · Thrives in the face of constant change (handling new programs & procedures, learning new products, etc) · Positive attitude, professional nature, team player, and fun personality
