Description
We are currently looking for a full time PC Technician to work at our Main Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.

Major Job Function:

Responsible for installing and configuring PC/laptops/printers/faxes and telephones for approximately 400 users. PC Technician must have Windows 10 and 11 experience along with a basic understanding of IP based networks. Will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Must have A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications or equivalent.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

  • Experience in working with and diagnosis, repair and integration with the following components and technologies
    • Computers desktop and laptop, Network printers, Fax's, IP Telephones
    • Windows Operating System
    • Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of Data Networking LAN and WAN, IP based networking and subnets
    • Understanding of IP Telephone Networking

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy best of breed practices to manage the desktop deployment, asset tracking and disposal of computer systems and phone systems technologies. Assists in implementing custom configurations, this involves supporting remote desktops and laptops
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer and phone systems, hardware and peripherals.
  • Work with the manager to purchase and deploy new desktop hardware and software for employees.
  • Support the printing and faxing needs across all branches.
  • Provides periodic weekend coverage for IT systems.
  • Works under direct supervision. Reports to a manager. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
