Responsibilities:
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.
Identify and report potential issues to the maintenance leader and collaborate on effective solutions.
Install,start,and shut down equipment in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Utilize mechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulic,and Tetra Pak troubleshooting skills for the repair and maintenance of production equipment.
Carry out logistics tasks,such as receiving goods,preparing goods for upcoming production orders,and loading bulk products for shipment.
Ensure compliance with all health,safety,environmental,and food safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Comply with the company's Integrated Management Systems,including Production,Quality,Food Safety,and GMP.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma,GED,or equivalent education; trade or vocational school education preferred.
Some experience with Tetra Pak production packaging and/or Tetra Pak machinery is required.
* *Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maintenance role in various environments.
Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical components,such as VFDs,motor starters,and temperature sensors.
PLC/software & hardware,Pneumatics,Hydraulics,and Electric Industrial Maintenance experience.
Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Effective communication skills with all levels of personnel.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strict adherence to GMP practices.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation,including weekends,overtime,and holidays when necessary.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds,work in varying temperatures,engage in repetitive motions that may include use of the wrists,hands and/or fingers,and standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Ability to maintain punctuality and regular attendance.

$30.00 - $100.00 Per Hour (Negotiable DOE)
*Schedule *
Day Shift l 7 AM - 7 PM | Rotating Schedule (2-2-3)
Grave Shift l 7 PM - 7 AM | Rotating Schedule (2-2-3)
