Our Commercial Aerospace Business is seeking a dynamic and progressive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The Commercial Flight Controls Division (a segment of Parker Aerospace) employs approximately 500 individuals in beautiful North Ogden, UT.  This HR role is critical to achieving the objectives of this business through partnering with and supporting the OEM Manufacturing Team. This entails working closely with operations supervisors and our hourly operations team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong human resources generalist background who: * Has worked in an HR role in a fast-paced, multi-shift, manufacturing environment * Has proven experience in driving positive employee relations and enjoys recruiting for hourly roles * Uses and encourages creative and innovative thinking and problem solving * Is process and solutions-oriented * Is a strong coach and facilitator This strategic role requires strong business acumen.
