As the active Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of outside sales professionals selling our cutting-edge products and services across a designated geographic region.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five years of rock-solid experience in the Merchant Processing Industry
- Honesty and integrity are paramount, as we believe in transparent and ethical business practices.

- Collaborate with talent acquisition managers to recruit and train top-tier talent
- Partner with the corporate office to develop and implement sales systems within our company portal
- Drive sales through your team to reach both existing customers and prospects
- Set and achieve revenue, volume, and market share objectives for your team and designated market area
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our products/services
- Foster strong relationships with bank partners and industry associations
- Provide ongoing training, motivation, and daily management to your dedicated team
