Description

Duties include assisting leadership in developing Training Plans, Training Program structure, and capturing user requirements to understand and operate new and evolving critical Strategic Mission Systems. Training materials developed will include User Training print materials, Focused Video Segments/Snippets, Evaluation and Pairing of Technical and User Manuals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience ·

  • Successful experience managing learning projects from analysis through implementation to include maintaining documentation throughout the curriculum design project lifecycle.

  • Experience developing multimedia and virtual learning course development with a focus on hands-on learning.

  • Flexibility to support multiple training efforts.

  • Experience working in the customer’s technical directorate. In particular, previous work in a technical occupation is highly desired.

  • Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on training, planning, overseeing, and operating challenging programs.

  • Must be US CItizen
