Job Information

R2C Architect in Offutt Afb, Nebraska

R2C is seeking a full-time, permanent Architect with experience working in the architectural construction field. Responsibilities for an Architect include but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of all aspects of renovation work to include demolition, abatement, layout, clearances, door/hardware, and interior finish work.
  • Ability to determine compliance of workmanship, materials, equipment, and installed work with contract requirements and industry standards.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of building, safety, and environmental codes.
  • Working knowledge of environmental, civil, safety, architectural and structural fields.
  • Familiarity with three phase inspections, construction project management schedules and safety programs such as OSHA and EM-385-1.
  • Ability to exercise good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect.
  • More than five years of experience in the construction industry (preferably in Government Construction or Renovations)
  • Eligible for a security clearance.
