We are looking for a talented Production Team Leader to join our team for CUMMINS, Oevel.

De Productie Teamleider coördineert de activiteiten van een groep werknemers binnen zowel het mechanische als het elektrische team.

Jouw taken

  • Coördineert de activiteiten van het mechanische en electrische team verantwoordelijk voor alle taken in pre-commissioning en pre-shipping van Elektrolyzer Units voor geheel Europe.

  • Assisteert en begeleidt de dagdagelijkse productietaken om te voldoen aan vastgestelde productiespecificaties en schema's, inclusief volume, kosten, afvaldoelen en kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Beheert het contact met externe stakeholders en coordineert de nodige activiteiten om de Elektrolyzer Units klaar te maken voor de klant.

  • Ondersteunt de teams op mechanisch als elektrisch gebied. Draagt mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor de overdracht naar het Commissioning Team.

  • Toont kennis van manufacturing door correcte implementatie van veranderingen in huidige processen, apparatuur en toepassingen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de functie en bij te dragen aan continue verbetering.

Jouw profiel

  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.

  • Mechanische en/ of elektrische kennis.

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende positie is een plus maar geen vereiste.

  • In staat om elektrische diagrammen en schema's te lezen en echt te begrijpen.

  • Proactief en gericht op veiligheid.
