How You Will Make an Impact:

The Dispatcher will coordinate the logistics for frac sand delivery from rail terminal or sand mine origin to the well site to support our client’s well completions. This position is based in Downtown, Denver and is not a remote role.

Responsibilities:

1.Retrieve, coordinate and process orders in a timely manner

2.Assign trucks and truck drivers to specific orders

3.Communicate frequently with customers, carriers, drivers, and dispatchers

4.Manage high call volume, software tracking systems, and email throughout shift

5.Audit trip records, BOL's, and other load data to ensure accuracy

6.Assist in vendor management of sub-carriers and rail terminals

7.Perform analysis and problem solving to ensure timely and safe deliveries

8.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience & Skills:

1.High EQ with outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong “customer service” orientation

2.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

3.Previous experience in oil and gas or experience dispatching Class A trucks appreciatedbut not required

4.Strong Microsoft Office Skills required

5.Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

6.Must be a team player focused on supporting coworkers, clients, and suppliers

7.Available to work a flexible schedule of 12 hours shifts consisting of 10 days on / 5 daysoff including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Dispatch operates 24/7, 365/year)
