Anytime Fitness Maintence Technician in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Position: Maintenance Technician Classification: Non Exempt Reports to: Project and Facilities Manager Objective: A Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance of Anytime Fitness Facilities and all areas related to the daytoday maintenance operations of the facilities. Essential Functions: * Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting duties as needed * Repair structures and equipment inside and outside of facilities * Maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems * Emergency maintenance duties * Assist with projects and renovations * Complete ongoing preventative maintenance programs in all facilities * Assure safety standards comply with all AF Holding, Inc. and legal guidelines * Ensure all maintenance work is presentable and meets AF Holding, Inc. standards Work Environment: A Maintenance Tech will spend most time at various club locations as needed. Offsite environments may be appropriate when relating to project or facility work. Physical Demands: A Maintenance Tech must be able to frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 75 lbs. Also, must be able to stand and/or move for up to 8 hours at a time. Construction type work may be required from time to time. Position Type: Position is full-time, Monday through Friday. On call hours for emergency maintenance may be required outside of these hours and on weekends. Additionally, during major projects, in an effort to meet deadlines, work may also be expected outside of normal business hours. Required Education: Maintenance Technician must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: HVAC certification. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
