JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Ocnwc - Oconomowoc, WI Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Description Multiple Shift Options! First shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Split Shift: Monday - Thursday 12:30 PM -11:00 PM (Includes 10% Shift Premium). Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Includes 10% Shift Premium). Third Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00PM - 6:00 AM (Includes 10% Shift Premium). JOB SUMMARY: Operates CNC Milling Centers to machine metallic parts. At direction of Production Supervisor, may make simple setups on CNC Milling equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works from simple sketches and routings. Performs simple, repetitive, and progressive machining operations on CNC Milling Centers. Maintains close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications. Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications through the use of various inspection measuring equipment, including micrometers and veniers. Utilizes SPC charts to report variations in processes. In coordination with the Maintenance Department, performs preventive maintenance on CNC Milling equipment. Proceeds under direct supervision. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern CNC Milling operations. Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning. Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures. Accurately completes all required documentation. Meets attendance policy requirements. Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.
