Overview:

  • Hours: Monday: 12-8, Tuesday: 12-8, Thursday: 9-5 = 22 Hours per week

  • Contract (potential to extension)

  • Pay $22/hr

Job Opportunity:

Qualifications:

  • Medical administration experience

  • Patient scheduling preferred

  • EPIC knowledge

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and schedule patient appointments.

  • Collect and verify patient demographic information, insurance eligibility.

  • Check out patients and schedule follow-up appointments.

  • Scan necessary medical documents

  • Call follow-up with patient to include rescheduling appointments that were cancelled, and no-shows.

  • Collect copays and past balances.
