Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting processes.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements in all financial activities.

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

  • CPA designation preferred.

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Continuous learner with a hunger for personal and professional growth.
