GeoStabilization International Construction Operations Coordinator in Oceano, California

Overview

Access Limited Construction (ALC) is a General Engineering Contractor specializing in rockfall mitigation and slope stabilization systems, and is considered to be an industry leader in designing and installing rockfall protection, slope stabilization systems, and performing difficult access drilling throughout the United States. The Construction Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Construction Department. This position will be responsible for assisting our operations. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Team with equipment and resource scheduling and coordination

  • Assist the Operations Team with project scheduling and coordination.

  • Assist the Operations Team with Administrative tasks

  • Assist the Operations Team with KPI tracking.

  • Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, data entry, etc.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

  • Equipment operation experience

  • Construction experience

  • Lift up to 100lbs regularly

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment
