JOB SUMMARY

Duties :

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.

  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in maintenance or related field.

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guest and staff in a professional manner.

  • Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.

  • Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
