Job Description
The Recreation Department - Administration Division is hiring a PT Building Maintenance Worker. The Building Maintenance Worker performs maintenance and custodial assignments at the Northside Park Recreation Complex. Applicant must have familiarity with common practices, processes, material and tools of building maintenance, mechanical aptitude.
Position Information
Third shift, but start time is flexible. It is a 30 hours weekly/yr. round position. Must be able to work a varied schedule including overnight, early mornings, evenings and weekends. $15.91 per hour.
Position Details
Provides setup and breakdown for sporting events and meetings. Provides custodial care and cleaning of buildings. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Candidate must submit a 3-year driving record and possess a valid drivers license. Hiring is subject to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
