We are a well-established and industry-leading manufacturing plant located in the Obregon area. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing human resources functions, shaping our workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

As the HR Manager, your role is critical in shaping the success of our organization. You will lead the human resources functions within our manufacturing plant, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a bilingual (Spanish and English) workforce while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for new hires, ensuring the plant has a skilled and motivated bilingual workforce.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and employment agencies to support talent sourcing.

  • Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.

  • Implement and manage bilingual employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.

  • Oversee performance evaluation processes, training, and development programs to enhance employee growth and productivity.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess workforce performance.

  • Stay current with labor laws and regulations in [Country] and ensure the company complies with all legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll administration, ensuring compliance in both English and Spanish.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure that compensation packages are competitive and fair for both English and Spanish-speaking employees.

Qualifications:
