Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung anfallender Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung (Schwerpunkt Kreditorenbuchhaltung)

  • Buchung und Bearbeitung von Bankvorgängen

  • Mitwirkung beim Zahlungsverkehr, Intercompany Netting sowie Weiterbelastungen

  • Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen

  • Erstellung von Saldenbestätigungen, Statistiken sowie Stammdatenpflege

  • Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, Finanzbuchhalter, ähnliche Berufsausbildung in der Buchhaltung oder vergleichbar

  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen sowie Microsoft Excel, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
