The role.

Our Sales authorities are the eyes and ears of our customers. They do not wait; they take the initiative. They transform “That sounds interesting!” into actual contracts, paving the way for new avenues of business. Join our team, and we will give you the latest knowledge and independence for autonomous action and decision-making, helping you become a trusted partner in customer relationships.

  • You will develop, implement and complete sales strategies related to Medium Voltage Drives, Medium Voltage Motors, systems, solutions & Services to drive growth. In this capacity you will establish and maintain excellent client relationships.

  • You will be responsible for multi-level account coverage/management, to a variety of End Users, OEM's and EPCs.

  • Short- and long-term objectives will be met with the development and implementation of account business plans (ABP) at the customer level.

  • Primary target clients will be Mining industry, Petroleum / Petro-Chemical Industry & Steel Industry.

  • Geographic coverage includes all of Ontario with focus on three areas: GTA, Sarnia & Northern Ontario.

  • Travel to & within these areas required (40-50%)

Your profile.

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or C.E.T (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)

  • Electrical background (engineering, technologist). Mechanical engineering or technologist)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales

  • Experience with Medium Voltage Drive systems is a must
