Job Description

Here we GROW AGAIN!!! Calling out to all experienced Tim Hortons Team Members out there who are looking to progress their career in the Food industry. Look no further! Marek Hospitality is a Canadian owned food service provider that focuses on making culinary creations from scratch using fresh local ingredients. We are passionate about the whole foods and ingredients we select, and the suppliers we chose. You will want to work for Marek because we have developed an industry reputation for exceptional cuisine and excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for a Tim Hortons Team Members to join our team.

The Position Will...

  • Ensure safe preparation of food and beverage ingredients including temperature recording

  • Provide service to customers ensuring correct and efficient order completion while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

  • Ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great customer relations at all times

  • Develop the skill set to work at each station (sandwiches, bagels, drinks…)

  • Comply with maintenance of food rotation to minimize spoilage

  • Adherence to policies and standards as outlined in the Marek Hospitality Employee Handbook and by Tim Hortons as well as all workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations

  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing great service

  • Ability to lift (10kgs.), pull & push heavy loads & be exposed to extreme temperatures

  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English

  • Able to follow directions
