Thermo-Twin Industries, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time entry level Facilities Maintenance Technician for its Oakmont, PA facility. This person will be responsible for helping to perform routine building maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and hard-working. 

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to the following:

  • Changing lights and fixtures
  • Basic plumbing tasks
  • Basic carpentry projects
  • Minor roof repairs
  • Light cleaning
  • Local driving for supplies
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Use hand and power tools
  • Climb extension and step ladders
  • Push 100 pounds
  • Lift 50 pounds
  • Work with minimal supervision
