Job Title: Expanded Learning Program Manager - Oakland

We are seeking a committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Manager to lead an innovative and creative team that impacts the community, makes the world a better place, and be part of change.

Benefits:

  • Salary range is $72,000 - $80,000 per year DOE

  • Up to 200 hours of vacation per year (including holidays)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience working in after school or background in Education and Youth Development in a supervisory role

  • Must have experience in developing, managing, and monitoring large budgets with multiple funding sources.

  • Ability to maintain high level professionalism, confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision and safety of multiple school sites.

  • Responsible for fiscal oversight of sites, payroll, human resource management and grant compliance

  • Ongoing collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders.

  • Promote a safe and positive emotional climate for your team

  • Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring of program coordinators

  • Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with regional and statewide partners.

  • Engagement in agency initiatives and committees
