Maintenance Technician, Full-Time (Oak Harbor, OH) -
Job Summary –
Performs a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, grass cutting, and special cleaning tasks throughout the Bank.
Essential Job Duties –
Facility maintenance (interior and exterior) at all banking centers including but not limited to painting, window washing, furniture repair, simple plumbing and electrical tasks, etc.
Maintain all office location sidewalks (i.e. sweep, hose off, remove snow as outlined by supervisor).
Oversee customer and employee parking lots at assigned offices.
Assist in clearing snow from exterior walkways at various bank locations.
Keep maintenance truck in good working order.
Mow grass at assigned banking centers. Water and maintain lawn, shrubs, and flower areas at assigned banking centers. Fertilize lawns.
Replace all filters at all locations on a scheduled basis.
Serve as a replacement bank courier in his/her absence (emergency only).
Delivers supplies as needed.
Maintain a list of signs and locations. Deliver and pick up signs needed for new construction.
Assist with branch construction or remodeling
Punctual and regular attendance is required
Requirements –
A high school diploma
1-3 years of maintenance experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools
Basic mechanical knowledge
Basic maintenance knowledge such as electrical, plumbing, dry wall, heating and air conditioning
Knowledge of ladder safety
