The Croghan Colonial Bank Maintenance Technician in Oak Harbor, Ohio

Maintenance Technician, Full-Time (Oak Harbor, OH) -

Job Summary –

Performs a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, grass cutting, and special cleaning tasks throughout the Bank.

Essential Job Duties –

  • Facility maintenance (interior and exterior) at all banking centers including but not limited to painting, window washing, furniture repair, simple plumbing and electrical tasks, etc.

  • Maintain all office location sidewalks (i.e. sweep, hose off, remove snow as outlined by supervisor).

  • Oversee customer and employee parking lots at assigned offices.

  • Assist in clearing snow from exterior walkways at various bank locations.

  • Keep maintenance truck in good working order.

  • Mow grass at assigned banking centers. Water and maintain lawn, shrubs, and flower areas at assigned banking centers. Fertilize lawns.

  • Replace all filters at all locations on a scheduled basis.

  • Serve as a replacement bank courier in his/her absence (emergency only).

  • Delivers supplies as needed.

  • Maintain a list of signs and locations. Deliver and pick up signs needed for new construction.

  • Assist with branch construction or remodeling

  • Punctual and regular attendance is required

Requirements –

  • A high school diploma

  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools

  • Basic mechanical knowledge

  • Basic maintenance knowledge such as electrical, plumbing, dry wall, heating and air conditioning

  • Knowledge of ladder safety
