JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tracking Code 2017959 Job Description What You Will Do: We are looking for a Lead Test Sytems Engineer in our Integrated Product Team (IPT). Your role will be critical in supporting new programs and current serial production. As part of the IPT, you will be responsible for taking the development of test systems from concept, through development, and deployment for use as part of product qualification and production test. This is an on-site position with flexibility located in our state-of-the-art headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Senior Manager - Engineering of our Connected Products team. This hybrid on-site position is based out of our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Connected Products. How You Will Do It: Lead a small cross-functional test systems development team comprised of electrical, mechanical, and embedded software engineers through requirements definition, test environment architecture, hardware and software design, integration, and test system deployment. Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, systems engineers, manufacturing engineers, and project engineers to develop and deliver test systems that will be used for engineering integration, product qualification, systems verification, and production test. Participate in the development of integration and functional test plans. Author Acceptance Test and Operational Verification Test Procedures Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for issues discovered during engineering verification, product qualification, and production test. Work directly with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to develop, build, maintain, and improve test systems for engineering development and production programs. What We Look For: Required You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of electronics including schematic design, circuit simulation, signal integrity analysis, and EMI/EMC compliance. Desired Master of Science degree in electrical engineering or related field. 10 years of experience in electrical design or related field. 10 years of experience in the development of electronics including schematic design, circuit simulation, signal integrity analysis, and EMI/EMC compliance.
