THE SALVATION ARMY-WI /UPPER MI DIV Community Center Program Aide in OAK CREEK, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Community Center Program Aide will assist the Community Center Ministries Director in implementing, conducting, and supervising the Community Center programs for adults and children which will benefit their emotional, physical, and spiritual health. About the role: Assist the Community Center Ministries Director in implementing, conducting, and supervising the Community Center programs. Some examples include but not limited to Basketball, Football, and Soccer leagues, Birthday Parties, and other Special Events. Assist in building relationships with parents and children that participate in these programs. Oversee building rentals as assigned. Maintain order in the Community Center by enforcing rules relating to conduct and use of equipment and facilities. May be responsible for the opening and closing the Community Center at times. Help protect all equipment and supplies in the Community Center, including vending machines, sports equipment, tables, chairs, etc. Will be responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance of the Community Center, and any other building, facility, or area used for programing. Education/Experience: Some high school. Experience participating in and leading sports programs. Certifications: None The Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
