This individual will play a key role in promoting our products, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.\ \ The incumbent will have assigned accounts within a specified geography and will be responsible for growing revenue within the assigned accounts. The accounts have various degrees of maturity ranging from new (where establishing new relationships is required) to existing long term multi-year relationships. Each account will require unique coverage and offer varying levels of opportunity for revenue growth and personal connection/relationship building.\ \ How You Will Help:\ \ Sales Generation:\

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote our products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Execute territory and account plans to maximize the territories potential.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product recommendations and technical assistance as needed

\ Sales Support and Coordination:\

  • Help to resolve customer issues through communication with various functions in the organization to ensure that customers receive timely issue resolution
  • Work closely with the outside sales team and other internal departments to support sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order information in the CRM system.
