Ihre neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Technologieentwicklung für Inverter im Bereich des Sinterns und Lötens von Leistungshalbleitern u. – modulen

  • Planung, Projektierung und Inbetriebnahme von Entwicklungs- u. Kleinserienanlagen für das Sintern und Löten

  • Optimierung von vorgeschlagenen Fertigungsprozessen und Konstruktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung und Lieferanten

  • Aufbau einer Maschinen-/Prozessfähigkeitsdokumentation und Spezifikation

  • Sicherstellung von robusten Fertigungsprozessen nach Design for Six Sigma Standards (DFSS), Design for Manufacturing (DFM) und Design for Assembly (DFA)

  • Erstellung von Projektstatus- u. Versuchsberichten

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Projektpartnern aus Forschung und Entwicklung

  • Betreuung von studentischen Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium idealerweise in den Bereichen Werkstoff-, Elektro- o. Feinwerktechnik, Maschinenbau o. vergleichbar

  • Mehrjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im automotive Umfeld und der Verbindungstechnologie von Leistungselektronik

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Sinterpasten und Lotpreforms, des Sinterns und Löten sowie der Qualifikation der Bauteile sowie der Auslegung des benötigten Equipments

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Analytisches, unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken sowie Innovationskraft

  • Hohe Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Motivation selbstständig Themen anzugehen und voranzutreiben

  • Gute und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
