Core Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations in one of our manufacturing areas (logistics, maintenance, warehouse, processing) by working closely with experienced engineers and team members
Learn and use various engineering tools and software (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to track performance, visualize data, and ensuring timely delivery of LEGO products
Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling for equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity
Help monitor inventory and warehouse systems to ensure smooth material flow, efficiency, and organization processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from logistics to production, to understand the entire manufacturing process and how each area impacts the other
Assist in the design and implementation of logistics solutions for warehousing, transportation, and distribution
Support in ongoing and process improvement projects, offering fresh insights and solutions based on logical and strategic thinking
Contribute to sustainability initiatives by identifying greener logistics solutions
Do you have what it takes?
Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing an engineering degree at the University of Nyíregyháza with a strong interest in manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI ) and interest in learning advanced logistics systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and creative mindset
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
