What part will you play?
You will support specifying the infrastructure architecture, as well as a technology roadmap, and accompany their implementation in development projects in the grid software sector
You will develop infrastructure concepts for dev teams to implement these concepts and thus facilitate the dev teams’ velocity
Part of your job will be to build, test and maintain infrastructure and tools to accelerate development and release of software
As the link between Development, IT Operations and Technical Management, you actively drive change and projects with your strong communication skills and goal orientation
You will be responsible for managing continuous deployment and continuous integration (CI/CD) as well as for assessing and monitoring infrastructure performance
Introducing processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle (i.e. from coding and deployment, to maintenance and updates) will be of great importance
What you need to make real what matters.
You have a university degree in IT/computer science or a comparable education/qualification
You have several years of practical experience with GitLab & Git as well as deep practical knowledge in implementing CI/CD pipelines
You are familiar with cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure)
You have sound experience in building and operating Kubernetes Clusters and containers and have used infrastructure as code with Terraform, Crossplane or similar
You constantly automate complicated tasks with Python or similar languages
You are used to working in an agile and independent way in an international team and communicate confidently in English and German
