*About Our Team *

This position is for a CSP (Cloud Service Provider) BOM EC Engineer in the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This is an exciting role in the CSP Development organization that has a strong focus to be the #1 trusted IT Partner in the Data Center.

Location: This position is based in Monterrey, MX. Relocation assistance is available. This position is hybrid. Employees will collaborate and work in the office a minimum of three days a week with flexibility to work off-site up to two days a week.

What You'll Do

TheBOMECEngineer will work on Customer BOM/EC enablement including data releases, IT system enablement, EC release,alternate parts, and internal/external communication.

Additionally, this role will also require end-to-end data enablement with customers and Lenovo's internal teams, including engineering and manufacturing data enablement.

•Build Product CTO BOMfor Rack, Nodes, and Switches correctly

•Compare BOM’sandsetup up alternate parts

•Create BOM/EC data release plan and track data readiness

•Closely workwith related functionalteamstoensureE2E data accuracy

•Resolve BOM/EC issuesand document learningswith process improvements

• Manage part inventory through Armory and GAMS

•Coordinate or ship material to support local material demandsuch as testing

• Shipments to Lenovo sites and supplier sites. Monitor receipt of incoming parts

• PR/PO releaseandco-workingwith TPM tosubmitexception approvals, PR/PO release and trackingmaterial status etc.

• Material pollingandcollecting parts list

Minimum Requirements :

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline

•3+ years BOM/EC working experience in server and hardware development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in direct customer engagements

•Mastersdegree in Computer or Electrical Engineering is a plus

• Hyperscale/Cloud experience a plus

• Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation

• Ability to interface withinternal and external stakeholders

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and have the autonomy to make decisions

•PMP or Six Sigma (Green Belt+) Certification preferred

• Ability to work effectively cross-culturally across teams inNorth Americaand Asia
