Job Summary:

The ADP is a 2-2.5 year leadership and functional rotation-based program; with an average of 3 role changes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Suppy Chain, Materials and Operational Excellence in our Apodaca Plant.

The Program:

We target candidates graduating with a

minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following

functions:

• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics

Engineering)

• Operations (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial

Management or Industrial Distribution)

Qualifications:

  • Graduating Seniors or Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree directly related to our functional program.

  • Leadership experiences (i.e. professional, development club officer, committee chairperson, job related leadership experiences in internships, school projects or similar)

  • Related internships or projects six months related work experience.

  • International experience desired (It could be any studies abroad or remote interaction or similar)
