Join our team in the position of:

Internal Logistics Manager (m/f)

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

  • enforcing safety rules in the warehouse, by proactively promoting safety behaviours (especially in the field of warehouse work),

  • organize internal logistics operations in the most efficient way according to Nestlé standards,

  • achieve total warehousing operations cost targets,

  • control of automated flows of operations (AGV, ASRS, Conveyers, Visual Gates),

  • manage the movement and stock control of raw, packaging and semi-finished goods and finished good stock and loading onto trucks to pre-determined load plans,

  • analysis and implementation of process improvements, using the TPM continuous improvement system and LEAN tools,

  • cooperation with customers and other functional departments in the factory,

  • effective management of subordinate team in compliance with the rules of the Factory and other operating systems,

  • ensuring appropriate development of subordinate employees on the basis of existing standards, procedures, competence matrices,

  • motivating and supporting subordinate employees through coaching in order to achieve their goals.

Our expectations:

  • minimum two years of relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role in internal logistics or warehouse management,

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • ability to effectively manage and motivate employees,

  • ability to build employee involvement in problem solving and improving work efficiency,

  • ability to balance priorities,

  • ability to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of one’s job,

  • upper-intermediate English level,

  • proficiency MS Office, PowerBi.

Additional expectations:

  • experience in LEAN/TPM environment,

  • SAP usage,

  • problem-solving tools knowledge.
