Position Description:

Vector is seeking an experienced, hands-on, Technical Trainer, to join the training team of Vector North America. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and have a technical background. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing software company with high demand products. You will:

Job Description

  • Deliver training for Vector’s tools (EG. CANalyzer and CANoe) to our customers using adult learning practices to engage participants.

  • Lead instruction in Vector’s classroom, the customer site, or remotely in alignment with corporate objectives and practices.

  • Develop and maintain class content and materials.

  • Assist customers in assessing training needs as needed.

  • Provide training information and logistical support as needed.

Requirements

Key qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

· 2+ years technical training experience.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage students.

· Knowledge of adult learning practices.

· Service orientation with a commitment to quality.

· Organized, flexible, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Background in electronics and in-vehicle communications a plus.

· Experience with CANalyzer and/or CANoe is a plus.

· Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

· B.S. in EE, CE, or related field or equivalent.
