The company is currently seeking an experienced IT Solution Delivery Manager .

 

Responsibilities

 

Position Summary/ Primary Purpose The IT Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for managing, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating the development process of dynamic enterprise class software applications.  This position will be required to work closely with internal business partners and extended technology teams to drive and deliver the development and implementation of technology enabled applications, solutions, products and services as well as manage the technology stack for our internal end users. The IT Solution Development Manager reports to the Sr. Manager of Information Technology. Major Areas of Responsibility Develop the project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals and coordinating required resources. Collaborate with the business, extended technology teams, and IT functional teams to contribute to application roadmaps. Translate business needs and objectives into requirements and project estimates to enable competitive and quality technology solutions Assist with identifying which resources need to be procured outside the organization Act as project manager for highly complex development and enhancements Major activities include solution documentation, solution estimation, solution design, solution configuration/development, and solution implementation. Track and report on milestones and provide status reports at program, portfolio, project, or team level Drive innovation and creative solutions to business challenges. Perform product demonstrations and solution training Communication on product capability and assigned project status Test planning and support Knowledge 5+ years' experience in application development or technology management required 4+ years' experience designingcoding multi-tiered system integration or data integration and management solutions Proven experience in IT service delivery, planning and development Experienced with Azure DevOps Proven experience with analysis, performance metrics and collaboration with end-users and IT staff Strong understanding of project management principles. Experience working with and managing outside technical development resources Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
